The roof form of the new build was inspired by an aircraft wing. It peals away to reveal the additional new spaces developed for the program.

A perforated canopy detail was inserted at 2nd floor to create shade. This was lined with Asian Teak similarly to the underside of the roof.
Leading from Alfresco dining the submerged steps of the pool create a great experience entering the water.
The alfresco dining deck is shielded by a glass canopy cantilevered from the cement rendered waterfall.
